A gathering of members of the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries and producers outside the group in Algeria next month could discuss possible action to stabilize the market, Saudi Arabia's Energy Minister said Thursday.

"There is an opportunity for OPEC and major exporting non-OPEC ministers to meet股票质押 and discuss the market situation, including any possible action that may be required to stabilize the market," Khalid al-Falih said.
